Ack! Silly me! I knew, mostly because I associate it and its goals more closely with AO3 (which kind of disappoints me) than, it's been told to me, was ever intended. They should maybe think of putting the "F" for "for" in acronym because....Truth? OTW is too close to OTP and takes the mind in a totally different directin.
