Your Opinion, O Fandom.

Did Ethan ever kill anyone?

Because I feel like he must have done, but at the same time I can't think who. Not counting Eyghon, which was a group effort, I can't remember that we see any of the Halloween kids make a kill, nor the band candy getting anyone - and we know Giles didn't kill anybody as a demon.

So, purely speculation, did Ethan/his spells ever kill anybody?

Something chaotic happened --- sorrow if this double-posts.

You're right --- I can't think of a single instance in which Ethan killed, directly or indirectly, anyone on his own. However, there is an undeniable sense that he has killed in the past by the time we meet him. I never felt like he needed to kill as in the sense of a compulsion, but he would if it heightened his sense of pleasure in chaos and anarchy.

Yes. Deaths wouldn't bother him if they happened, but that's how he'd look at it ---- "Ooh, someone died. How fun!" Can't see him as being the kind to sit down and come up with a plan to purposely murder someone. In fact, since planning such a thing would, in itself, require imposition of controlled order on his mind and his actions, I think he may either (1) not be particularly interested in it or (2) be kind of crap at it. Bringing about the wild, lawless hubbub is so much more fun and interesting to Ethan than working on plodding, nefarious plots with specific, directed goal. At least that's how I see him.
