I like this. Oddly enough, I enjoyed how quotidian it feels -- that these people are so capable, by this point, of not only taking things in stride, but swiftly deducing what, exactly, is going on. I love how well Buffy knows Spike. Their intimacy is so understated, but permeates the whole piece.
