Oh dear - I'm very glad I live somewhere that very rarely gets hot enough for leggings/thick tights to be uncomfortable (or at least for these past few years - our summers keep being squibs)...
Shaving does seem to reward regularity; I'm just far, far too lazy to build it into my routine (there's so much stuff in it already!).
