Dunno what I ate yesterday, but I ended up with pretty horrible food poisoning last night from 7.30 (before what was meant to be my evening meal) to 12.30 (when I fell asleep), and it seems to be on the gurgle again this morning. I have things to do!! Unimpressed, constitution, unimpressed.

Does anyone have any magical food poisoning cures? Apart from 'drink water and don't die'? I think I have some Dioralyte somewhere; I should probably use that...
