And yet I seem to amuse my supervisors, so I think this bodes well? After one particularly long ramble (including a dramatic change in tack at the end) I received a laugh and a 'Oh, Quin, just keep going, girl'; I think this counts as a win.

Must go to sleep so can get up for faculty inductions tomorrow. Yet I don't know why it can't be college-subject parties all the time.

Remember ---- plenty of water! (And, it's probably too late now, but always try to keep one foot on the floor when you're lying in bed drunk --- helps with orientation, or maybe it's just that it's too hard to lift both legs into the bed). And congrats on the impressing the supervisors!

Currently drinking of the water, though I don't feel that bad (yet?). And that's an interesting tip about orientation - I wasn't quite swirly-drunk, so I just went to sleep as normal, but I'll remember it in future. And hee, thanks!
