I'm gacking this from penny_lane_42:

If you were asked to pick one scene, one shot, one detail, one moment of some kind out of all the things I've written and say "This, this, for whatever reason, I remember, this is something that struck home with me, that I wanted to keep," what would it be?

Though I find the wording a bit schmalzy, so what I'd really like to do is qualify it to include anything that you found particularly memorable, even if it was in a not-so-good way. Because I'm terribly, terribly curious! I'm a big fan of thinking about audience and response in lit, and sitting on the writer's side of the equation makes me even more fascinated. (Of course, I say 'writer', but if what has most stuck in your mind about me is a shot from one of my vids or something, then I'd love to hear that too.)

Don't know why that line, out of so many good ones, sticks with me, but it does. I quote it to myself, randomly. I just like the way it sounds.

I don't know. Schmaltz can be good sometimes. And sorry I can't play, because everything that you write sticks with me (although I must say that the non-fic post you made about smutty Roman graffiti sticks with me most.)

It's true, but I always like to leave the door open to negativity as well, otherwise you're just forcing people to agree with you. :D (And, awesome, re the graffiti. I think that's one of the few posts I've ever made that I would actually call a 'blog post', so that's very cool that you remember it.)
